Black sequined dress, long sleeves, off the shoulder, turtleneck all in one!

Purchased in the early 90’s. The only thing that needs to be added is the eyes for the hook and eye on the turtle neck. All sequins are in tact as well as the zipper. Fully lined. Dress measures approximately 37 inches from top of turtle neck to hem.
