Black sheer blouse

This blouse has never been worn. It is a pretty sheer polyester fabric and one might want to wear a camisole underneath. Its sleeves have cuffs that tie into a bow. Could be worn both casually and formally. Sizing from shoulder to shoulder is ~15", from under the armpit to armpit ~19" and sleeve length from shoulder to cuff is ~23".
