Black sheer rhinestone dress

This dress has a solid black form fitting sweetheart neckline and sewn with a structured bodice (does not have wire). The dress has sheer black netting creating an additional 2 inch coverage over the breast and covering the shoulders. The shoulders are covered in rhinestones on front and back of dress.
