I love this skirt! Just too small. It’s a classic ruffle edged skirt in very good condition. No rips, no stains. Hook and eye at waist needs to be fixed. (See photos.) and a button added. Is vintage so although size says 4 it does fit like a 2 and not a lot of stretch. 13” across waist. 24-25” long. Super soft silk. Medium weight.
