Black silky-feel cut-out blouse

In excellent used condition. Only selling because I do not fit into this anymore, sleeves are too tight and without stretch to the fabric, it does not fit me well. Easy care, flattering darts at the bust. The top has three triangular cut outs in the front, allows a peek of skin without being overboard. Short sleeves. I love the long draped ruffles on the front, very slimming! Measurements are in the pictures. Bundle with another item to make use of my closet discount!
