Size 10 black lapel vest by INVESTMENTS (Dillard’s). One button, two faux pockets with flap and one slit pocket. I suppose if you want them open you could remove stitching. Outer shell 63% polyester, 33% rayon, 4% spandex. Lining 100% polyester, machine wash separately cold water, gentle cycle. Great condition.
