This belt is a skinny patent leather horsebelt. It is in good condition but the hardware has tarnished over time to more of a bronze color (see pics)...it still looks great though! Note this is a skinny belt meant to worn higher on the waist so the size is smaller and for most ppl will not fit on the hips (see last pic for a visual on this). Sz 70-28
