Black skirt with vest

Black satin look skirt with sequin trim and matching vest with sequin trim. The skirt lining is blue but the vest has a small strip of blue green lining. Bought as a set to wear for holidays or New Years but a little too small. Never worn. It is size small but close to junior 3
