I've always worn this as a high waisted skirt but it could be so cute as a top (for someone with smaller boobs) the picture of the tule makes black look faded. It is NOT faded :)

xcccyl Hi, how long is the skirt? And how much is the waist?

heyyymegs @xcccyl the skirt is about 16 1/2 inches from top to bottom and the waist measures 12 1/2 inches from side to side but it's insanely stretchy. Hope this helps :)
