Black sleeveless dress with shoulder flower detail

This is a S IZ Byer black sleeveless dress with a fabric flower appliqué on one shoulder. There is a band underneath the chest and a tie that starts at the sides and ties at the back. The dress is very comfortable with stretch (96% polyester, 4% spandex) and figure flattering. Hand wash cold, line dry. Only worn once, no tears or stains.
