Black sparkly peplum style cocktail dress S/M

GWC. Black sparkly peplum dress. There's a pattern on the dress it might be cheetah print but it's barely noticeable. Only sign of wear is pilling on the back side from dancing against my date lol. There's a few loose threads (pictured) on the top but otherwise great condition. Windsor brand. Size small but would fit a medium it's a really stretchy material
