do these have silicone to hold up? what's the inside top look like ?

@jasonmeeks79 Yes! When worn correctly, these stockings really do stay up. I’ve added two more photos so that you can see the band. To clarify, these stockings are still in its original packaging. I have a similar product with the same type of silicone band which is what you’ll see in the last photo.
