Black Tulle and Poly Mini Dress. Waist measures 13 inches Bust is 16 inches with built in Bra Cups. Skirt length is 17 1/2 Back length is 26 inches Dress in perfect condition worn one time to event. No rips, stains or tears, you may need to sew a couple pieces down but nothing substantial at all. Norm for one time. Will probably have to steam when taken out of box.
