Black strapless cocktail dress.

I got this dress for a gala a few years back. White House/Black Market. It is cute and flirty with chiffon ruffles going down the bottom portion. I am 5'9 and it hit just above the knee. It says size 10 but fits more like a 6/8. I have a black bolero available to go with it too.
