Black strapless scarf fringe dress

This is a stunning Davids Bridal,black strapless scarf fringe dress. The top has an empire waist in a black satin, that is gathered.It is strapless, and zips in the back.As it goes down the dress flairs out and all across it, is a chiffonlike scarf style fringe. It is practicly brand new, it was only worn one time,when i was a bridesmaid in it at my cousins wedding and that is all.
