Black striped dress slacks

Emma James dress slacks - black with thin stripes *Size 18W - waist 20” - inseam 29” - thigh - 13” - waist has elastic on both sides for better fit. *Stripes are white and orange/yellow but so thin that pretty much any color top will go - have worn orange, pink, and white tops with these.
