This is a good pair of boots for anyone they have a slight slouch but not too much the inside is very comfortable with the material to keep your legs warm inside they zip on the inside. I couldn’t begin to tell you who made them but I bought them from midnight velvet there’s a V band on each side by the zipper that gives if your calf needs a little extra room. the measurements are 27 in high 14 to 16 inch calf man-made material. But super comfortable and very safe when walking in the snow.
