This dress is NWT. It is not a name brand, but is adorable! The straps are adjustable and have these great edgy grommet holes. It has a side zipper and is fully lined. It says it’s a medium, I would say it’s more like a small. It could be worn with a t-shirt or blouse underneath, but it could also be worn alone. Measurements are approximate Armpit to armpit is 17 1/2” Empire waist is 15 1/2”
