Black sway dress

This is a black flowing dress with faux leather trim down the sides. It looks snug on me, but is actually just a little big. When I bought it. It fit perfect down my waist. I'm 5'4" I weigh 103lbs. I bought it when I weighed 123lbs. It fit me best at that weight. It's been worn, so it's not perfect! That's why it's priced so low!! It's Target, ladies, so please, no bad ratings since I have been truthful!
