Black tank with velvet flowers

This tank is so cute and is perfect under a blazer for a holiday event. The black is slightly sheer and the purple flowers have a velvety look and feel. Material is stretchy and shirt hits mid-length, hits me around the hip bone in front and slightly longer in back. Worn once for an event.
