Black thick strap sleeveless casual mini dress

Size says large- HOWEVER, fits more like a small/medium. Chest -(armpit to armpit measurement is 15”) Length (top of shoulder strap to bottom is 32”) I wear a size 2/4- 130 lbs, 5’2”, and this fits me well. Casual, can dress up. Zip detail in back.
