Black trousers / dress pants with adjustable attached belt. Marked size XS but would probably fit a small-medium better, see measurements below. For reference I’m 5’2 brand is Jules and Leopold These feel so high quality and I had planned on getting them tailored but never got around to it. I think they’d be so flattering on someone it fits. (I have it pulled tight in pics) Waist is about 15in and inseam is about 28.5in.
