Black tulle maxi prom dress

Super comfortable black sequin dress. There is an entire sequin underlayer that allows there to be some shimmer. There are about three to four layers of tulle over the sequin layer. There are regular straps along with off the shoulder straps. It ties up in the back allowing you to adjust it to your size best. Only worn once for only a few hours. Overall a very comfortable and high quality dress.
