All black turtleneck sweater dress. Tunic style sweater dress with attached pleated skirt. Size is petite large. Top of neck to bottom of skirt measures 37 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches. Armpit to armpit is 19 inches. Shoulder to end of sleeve is 28 inches (can be rolled up). Neck width is 7inches. No stains, rips or snags The best way I could describe this dress is a gothic Velma from Scooby Doo.
