Black uneven hem embellished beaded dress

Vintage embellished dress with beading and sequins, would look so beautiful for dancing or the Holiday season. Not sure what decade it’s from but looks like something my mom would have worn in the 90’s. Bought second-hand and never wore it because it’s unfortunately too big on me. See through top layer with opaque lining under. Adjustable straps. Since it’s vintage, it does show some signs of wear, a few of the beads are a little bit loose, but overall in good condition. There’s a bit of pulling on the back, but it’s not very visible - shown on pictures.
