Black vegan leather fringe mini skirt

Laying flat top of skirt is 13.5” across at waist 18” hip 16.5” length Length with fringe 18” Size Small. Fits me and I’m a 4. I bought it for a costume and don’t need it anymore. It’s in great condition. 50% polyester 50% PU.
