Black velvet Betsy Johnson mini dress

This is a Vintage mid thigh length v-neck scoop back, little black velvet dress, very stretchy & has some weight to it. feels great & holds you in but its not overly tight, it’s a nice snug fit. Purchased in 1995 & Worn once for a couple of hours, super comfortable, nice to the touch. It shows no signs of wear, it’s in perfect condition Marked as a 6 but fits more like a 2 Probably could fit up to size 4 comfortably? 31" from shoulder to hem .
