Black velvet Ralph Lauren long sleeved taper butto

Great condition. Classic black velvet button up top. Sleeves taper and by cuff are 4” wide. Has a button and loop at cuff. Round neckline. May be vintage. Made in USA. Pit to pit is 20” and length is25”. Had darts so looks nice worn outside skirt or dress trousers even jeans. Dress it up with accessories or keep it simple. You can’t go wrong. Soft as velvet. Because it is velvet and a nice quality velvet. I put large but medium could wear to loosely.
