Black velvet and lace dress by Bisou Bisou

Great for holidays of an upcoming special occasion. Black velour dress with lace accents and flesh color fabric underneath. Fabric has a slight give to it. Measures 32 1/2 inches from the armpit to the hem. Measures approximately 17” across armpit to armpit. Ready to be worn and adored and not sit in my daughter’s closet.
