Black velvet cocktail dress by Betsy's Things, women's size 26W

Gently used black velvet, long-sleeved cocktail dress (worn once to a Christmas party) by Betsy's Things. Women's size 26W. Dry clean only. Fully lined. Scoop neck. Dress is 41.5" from back of neck to bottom hem. Sleeves are 24" long from shoulder to end. There is a 7.25" slit in the middle part of the hem in the back of the dress. The dress is closed by a 21" zipper in the back. There are two sections on the dress that have thread pulls as indicated by the pictures. These are both located on the lower half of the left side.
