Unknown brand black velvet elvin style jacket, no size tag. It's more like a costume jacket in style and quality. Waistcoat style, embroidered, stacked collar, large shiny silver colored buttons, sleeves have a flared out bit of lace at the ends. Bottom half only covers the back half. Armpit to armpit 19" Length 43" The back goes to a rounded point at the hem. Something on left collar, in pictures, looks like it may come off with some effort.
