Black velvet faux wrap, short sleeve, v-neck dress with faux self tie; fabric 90% poly, 10% spandex, unlined. A line fit, estimated dimensions front hem 16 to 17" from waist; rear hem 21" from waist. Excellent condition, only worn twice.
