Black velvet leggings with foot loop size XL.

Pants are velvet like fabric on the outside and soft and comfortable on the inside. They are an XL but look fine on a medium to large frame as well. The foot loops secure a long lean appearance. These would look great worn casually with flannel tank or t shirt or dressed up with a heel or boot. Don’t think these have been worn as they are in great shape.
