Black velvet mini dress

Velvet dress, size Large, black with diamond style rhinestones. Very low cut, so not great for bigger chests that need support, but probably more practical for a more medium chested queen. Never worn but this company doesn’t have tags on their items and it cost more to return it than I spent on it.
