Black velvet patterned anthro dress size 2

This is an absolutely beautiful velvet dress that I never got to wear! NWT. I noticed after buying it that one of the straps needs to be tacked down a little to make it more secure. The wrap bodice does not have a tack or anything but that’s an easy add if you end up needing it! It laid well on me without needing any dress tape or anything. 32C for reference. Please wear this to a fun formal event!!
