Black velvet sequin dress

This bandeau dress feature a mini length and black velvet fabric with green sequin detailing. Very good material. Where it is black on the dress is the sequin turn up the other way and is black velvet I’m 5’4 actually and it is mini length but not too mini and fits perfect I’m 132lbs and cup size 36B it is a little big around my bust but with a bra it’s fine. Bought in 12/07/2017 Still has tags never worn
