Black velvet skirt, NWT

Black velvet skirt with flared ruffle around the hem, by RSVP by Talbots. Never worn, never laundered, tag still on, but hard to photograph on a cloudy day! Size 12P. Side zipper. Slight indentations at waist where the hanger clips were, but other than that no damage or flaws. From smoke- free home with cats.
