Black velvet snake skin print top vintage 90's

This is velvet with the snakeskin printed in blue and brown on top of the velvet. It’s an easy shirt for a casual night out. I usually wear it without a bra 💃 The tag says it is a S, but it fits like a M and I’m a size 6-8 for reference and the material is stretchy. Shoulder: 16in. Length: 18in. Sleeve: 13.5in.
