Black velvety tunic!

Black velvet-y feeling tunic to dress up or dress down! Can wear as a mini dress, or with leggings/jeans as a tunic. Very gently used! Measurements are approximate & taken with garment lying flat (so double it for the circumference for bust and waist)- Bust (16 in), Hip (19 inches), Shoulder to hem (31.5 in). Hand wash cold. 92% polyester 8% spandex.
