Black vintage zip dress circa 1940’s

Here’s a beautiful black dress from the 1940’s with amazing cording stitched in a twisting pattern all over the front, back and upper sleeves of the dress, and a peplum detail below the waist. Metal zip up the front and another on the side. Three quarter sleeves have a slight bell shape. Except for a small area on the back that needs to be restitched, a small hole, and a couple of small pulls, and possibly some wear to the cording at the waist where a belt was, this dress is in great vintage condition. Measures about 46” from shoulder to hem on the mannequin, and about 19” pit to pit laid flat. Waist measures about 16” across laid flat. Sleeves measure just under 12” long from armpit. There are thin belt loops on the sides, but no belt. Unlined. No tags or size - see provided measurements for sizing and fit. Exquisite design and details.
