Black & white Summer dress

B. Smart brand, black on white, knee length. Feels like a heavier cotton, but is 97% poly 3% spandex. Size 7/8, I think it fits more like a 5/6. It does have elastic across the top back and it stays up so you want be tugging on it every 5 minutes. I used to wear it to work with a cute little black sweater or with a jacket it looks fabulous. Clothes pins in the photo are not included. Bahahaha
