Black & white pattern contrast dress

The fit on this is so flattering! Purchased at Willy's boutique in Charleston, SC but it was a little too big. Probably best suited for size 6-10. Striped torso and palm print skirt bottom. Like new! Listed as a "mini" but that depends on height.
