Black white pink polka dot dress cute halter Med

This is a super cute dress, I think I wore it once, it's been in storage for some time. It's white/cream with pink, grey, and black polkadots - the neck ties as a halter and the front twists for a cute keyhole opening. There's a black band across the waist, and a paisley design that comes up from the bottom. It's stretchy, and it's a size Medium. I was wearing a size Large when this fit me nicely.
