Black & white polka dot fit-and-flare dress

The polka dots and flared skirt give this dress sort of a retro vibe. Cute, but not really my kind of cute. Features: Deep V neck surplice bodice (I always wore a cami under it for the office, but it’s not necessary) Attached wrap around sash that can be tied in the front or back depending on your preference Flared skirt (not quite a large full as a skater cut) that drapes nicely and is slightly longer in the sides Breathable rayon/poly blend with a touch of spandex Hit a couple inches above the knee on me (I’m 5’7”)
