Black & white polka-dotted dress

Chiffon dress with black polka dots in like-new condition. Top half is white and cream colored below the waist. (Labeled as Urban Outfitters for more views although it's not) worn only once so it is in excellent/like-new condition! Fits an XS adult. Very cute!
