Black & white skirt - pleated polka dot with blue accents

Fully pleated unlined skirt with 13” slit in left front. Top to bottom length is 35” and waistband right to left is 17”. Back of waistband has elastic. Front of waistband has no elastic, accent buttons with flaps on either side of front waistband- see pics. Easy care machine wash 100% polyester.
