Black with Blue Splash Parker Dress

This dress is a sexy one! It's fitted on the bottom and blouson at the top. The top opens up fully, so you'll want to pin it if you want to not fall out of it. The nice part is that it can fit large or small chests. I have a large chest, so I just pinned it a little higher because I didn't want to fall out and need to wear a bra with it. It looks great pinned or open. The blue splashes are a beautiful hue and add a great texture to it. Only worn once!
