Black with Floral Embroidery Garter Belt

Worn a couple times and has 2 pulls in the embroidery (see last pic where I circled). Embroidery is white-ish/silver-ish with some lavender accents. Material has stretch to it. All 4 straps are adjustable. Measurements are approximate while laying on the floor flat. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
