janice57 @mamatofmany I believe the ribbed band part starts to sit at your waist to your hips. This shows off your shoulders as well so it's a bra that hooks around your neck or strapless

janice57 @mamatofmany hi Tina, ok from just under the band that ties around the neck to the top of the bottom ribbed part is 14". To the very bottom is 18". So the band is 4". I measured the pit to pit too and it's 14" but the material has a lot is stretch. It fit me but I wasn't crazy on how it looked.
