Black with white polka dot Shelby & Palmer work dress

This dress has been loved and complimented each time it was worn. Such a beautiful fit! It has a slight turtle neck feel but not too tight. The bow on the neck gives it an old school 50s feel and such a cute accessory. The dress goes to the knees and is certainly work appropriate.
